We hired Kerrie to help plan our wedding at Terranea in November of 2017. She was an absolute life saver. Every vendor she recommended was spot on, she worked within our budget and even helped us negotiate better rates with vendors as well as with our venue for special requests we had. She knows all the best vendors in LA and OC, even when you don’t have a massive budget to work with. Kerrie also has amazing taste and was vital in helping us flesh out our overall look/decor. My husband and I both have busy, full time jobs and without Kerrie’s help, I don’t think we would have gotten our wedding planned! Plus, day of, we had nothing to worry about- I didn’t even have to correspond with vendors- it was all dealt with and we could just enjoy the moment and have fun. In early January of 2017, we hired Kerrie to plan both my wedding (Sept, 2, 2017) and Sangeeth (Sept. 1, 2017). Right away, I knew Kerrie and I were going to get along. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and really really organized (which is SUPER important). From day 1, Kerrie understood my vision. When I expressed that the wedding I was trying to achieve was a rustic chic with a hint of glamour, she knew exactly how to reach that goal. I loved sharing ideas, texting pictures, and getting Kerrie's input. And a big plus is that she would always respond to me (and trust me I sent her a TON of text messages/emails). In addition, she locked down some pretty solid vendors and was constantly trying to get the best deal for us.

But most of all, she made sure I was taken care of, fully fed, and completely stress free for both of my events. On the day of the wedding, I remember being the most calm that I had felt in quite a few months. People had told me in the past to not expect things to go perfectly because "guaranteed, something always goes wrong." Well, let me tell you, my wedding was perfect! Even if there was drama or stress with anything or anyone, I was completely unaware of it. Not only did Kerrie keep me stress free/ on track with our timeline, but most of all, she made sure I enjoyed our day!

I can't even begin to express how grateful I am that we hired Kerrie as our wedding planner. If you're looking for someone who is not only organized/friendly, but genuinely cares about making your dream wedding become reality, then you should not hesitate to hire her as your planner!

The entire process of getting ready for the wedding could have been an incredibly daunting task, but Kerrie went above and beyond to make sure she understood our style and vision and to make sure it happened as close to that vision as possible. Not only were we not let down, we were blown away. She is the epitome of organization and grace. We had a large wedding and being able to make sure everything and everyone was where it was supposed to be and on time was all but impossible. Her staff echoed her professionalism in every aspect and made it all the more special when we were able to reflect on the seamlessness of the evening.

Bride speaking here – I can be very picky and opinionated (dare I say a bit needy), and I do not have one single complaint about my experience with Kerrie. Here we are almost two months after our wedding and we are all still on cloud nine from the event and the experience. Kerrie and her seriously awesome skills as a planner are mentioned in most of our reminiscing.

If we could give any piece of advice when planning your wedding, it would be to choose Kerrie. If Kerrie is involved in your wedding, there is not doubt it will be spectacular and nothing but a joyful time for you and your family.


My husband and I met with Kerrie over a year ago when we started planning for our July 2017 wedding. We immediately fell in love with her energy and attention to detail when she went over her proposal for our wedding. Needless to say we hired her and it was the best decision we could have made. We had a 538 person wedding (yes you read that right - 538!!!) in Los Angeles on July 8th and she pulled off everything seamlessly, which was no easy task believe me. I got married September 17, 2016 and worked with Kerrie for a year planning our wedding. I walked up to my wedding ceremony site and into my reception the day of the wedding (held at Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes) and was honestly blown away. Every detail was perfect. I had no idea that vendors had car issues on the way that morning; that items had been misplaced by the hotel and Kerrie had gone on hunts to find them; or that family emergencies had required last minute changes in the wedding staff lineup. I had no idea any of these things had happened because Kerrie took care of ALL of them without blinking an eye. She was cool as a cucumber under pressure and not only did she keep me from stressing out, but she CALMED me down. I had no idea any of these things had happened because my wedding setup was PERFECT - it looked like everyone had worked since the day prior to perfectly set things out, perfectly hang flowers, perfectly polish the glass candelabras.

In fact, I was so pleased with Kerrie during the planning process that I successfully referred Kerrie to another couple who used her as well. Their wedding was equally stunning and they were equally pleased.

Kerrie helped my husband and I plan a wedding at Terranea while we were living in NYC. After our first conversation with Kerrie, she put us at ease and made us feel confident with her guidance and knowledge of LA weddings, specifically at Terranea, that she'd help us have the wedding we dreamed of. Y'all seriously, she was THE BEST wedding planner ever. She had great ideas, and most importantly really listened to what our vision was for the wedding. She has awesome connections with vendors and always answered my questions quickly. She was also wonderful the day of the wedding. I tend to be a control freak and I vowed not to be worried about all my bridesmaids and groomsmen getting to the right place at the right time.. but I never would have needed to because I had Kerrie! Kerrie was great and such a big help! I am pretty busy with my job, so I did not have much time to research all of the vendors or to spend time on the little details. I sent Kerrie a Pinterest board with my ideas and she executed all of them perfectly, even better than I imagined. She made working with all of the vendors extremely easy and her strong relationship with them shows. We accidentally forgot to submit the down-payment for one of the vendors and realized it less than a month before the wedding, but it was not an issue because the vendor had worked with Kerrie before. Additionally, all of the vendors she recommended were great. On the day of the wedding, Kerrie took care of everything so I was not stressed and able to just enjoy the day! Highly recommend!


Kerrie is absolutely amazing! I found her while looking through Instagram accounts of weddings that were held at two of the venues I was interested in. All of the previous weddings she helped design were absolutely beautiful, and I knew her style would be the perfect fit. She is incredibly organized and helped me set up a timeline and budget to keep myself on track. She also helped me organize a team of all star vendors that helped make my vision possible. Just a few months before the wedding, we came across a snafu as we found out that our requested wedding ceremony location would still be closed due to construction. Of course, as the bride, I was stressed about the situation, but Kerrie was a great sounding board and provided additional design suggestions that made the new ceremony location perfect. I was in need of a Day-Of Coordinator who could come in about a month prior and learn what I had already planned so I didn't have to worry about it as the Bride to Be. Kerrie was the best decision that we made for our wedding! From the minute I met her during our initial consultation, I knew she would be perfect to help us plan our big day! Kerrie was an absolute dream-come-true wedding planner. I interviewed many wedding/event planners when I got engaged, but I knew from the moment I spoke with Kerrie that she was the perfect one. We hired her for the "month of" package, and I was blown away by her enthusiasm, energy, organization, and willingness to always go above and beyond. She helped us save a lot of money through her various connections with wedding vendors (lighting, linens, florals, chairs), and she always had numerous quality suggestions about any other detail that popped up over the year (invitations, desserts, officiants, the band's staging, candles, vases - you name it). Her wedding day timeline was incredibly detailed and flowed better than I could have ever imagined - timing and the flow of the day (from early morning until the last dance of the night) is incredibly important, and I still get compliments from guests about how well-timed everything was, both for the guests and for the bridal parties. Every day, I wish I could go back and look at our ceremony and reception again and take it all in again. It was the most magical setting I have ever seen. It gives me chills. My husband and I dated for seven years before we got married, so I had a long time to think about my wedding day vision. I knew I wanted to get married at The Resort at Pelican Hill and like many brides, I didn't think I needed a wedding planner. After all, I'd been creating wedding boards for a few years on Pinterest and thought I could do it all. :) Luckily though, Pelican Hill requires all brides that get married there to have a wedding planner and I'm so glad they have that requirement!

Since we live in Texas, our wedding was a destination wedding for us and the majority of our guests. I hired Kerrie before I even met her in person and from the moment I talked to her on the phone, I knew I was going to be in good hands! Kerrie was invaluable, especially when it came to recommending vendors since I couldn't meet them all. She helped me organize a team of all star vendors and our wedding day turned out perfectly because she was there to manage all of them! Until you get married you don't realize how much of a production a wedding is and we only had 125 guests! From the photography to the lighting to the chair rentals to the flowers to the music, every vendor brings their team of people and all of a sudden you realize that wedding planners are like the ultimate backstage managers! There is so much hustle and bustle the few weeks leading up to your wedding and especially the day of. Without a wedding planner, brides are the ones that have to coordinate and field phone calls from everyone on what should be the most beautiful and special time of their lives. Due to Kerrie's knowledge, organizational skills and calm demeanor, she kept the whole wedding party (including crazy groomsmen) in line and on schedule. Our wedding turned out even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and we were able to enjoy our wedding day with all of our family and friends without any stress. Kerrie's the best and I'm so glad she was our wedding planner!
